写管理制度，写到两眼发直。也是罪有应得，欠了十年的功课，就是要象蚂蚁啃骨头一样加班加点地补。
今天写的是专营店岗位设置和薪酬制度。
三夫专营店岗位设置：
1. 店长
2. 副店长
3. 组长（店长副店长可兼任）
4. 收银员（副店长、组长可兼任）
5. 店员（分四级）
实习店员
正式店员
3星级店员
5星级资深导购师
每个岗位都要明确岗位名称、岗位责任、上下级关系、产生办法、培训和薪酬奖惩等。写好之后交店面和其它部门修改补充，最后定稿，下发执行。
当前经济形势差，可以说陷入了全球性经济危机，零售明显走弱。正好借此机会完善基础管理，特别是通过完善薪酬绩效制度从而提高工作积极性。一段时间接到很多相关意见，相信通过制度的建设和完善，能够解决这方面的问题。
经济大势有起有落，长远看是向上发展的，户外行业也是如此，制度建设将为三夫的发展立下基石。 |

员工分级别的制度在户外店里还是比较新鲜的，非常有创意。个人认为这只能是在内部实行，要是张贴出来或者是在工牌上表明就不太合适了。试想所有的顾客挑选东西肯定都喜欢找资深的店员，那么就可能出现5星级资深导购师忙的不可开交，对于其他店员的发展和学习都是不公平的。
对整体的销售环境也影响不好。 |
